Our daughter, started Little Tots- Stoney Heath when it first opened after having a difficult time at another setting. From the very moment that we stepped into the light, airy, open building you could tell something was different about Little Tots. From our very short visit, our daughter decided she didn’t want to leave and attempts to bribe her with cake and chocolates still did not coax her out, which made our decision to move her to the nursery a very easy one to make! From that moment onwards, there was never a settling in period or tears at the door- she genuinely wanted to be there and when we returned from holiday, she was beaming from ear to ear when we pulled into the car park. There is no better feeling as parents than knowing that your children are in a safe, happy environment that feels like a home away from home. Every single member of staff are warm, accommodating and supportive, not just to just to our daughter but to us too!
Our daughter has made some great friendships at Little Tots and she really loves all of the staff and the children. I really can’t recommend the nursery enough for anyone who wants somewhere they know their child will be engaged in exciting new experiences, loved and cared for just as well as they would be at home or with family.
The time has come for us to leave but we will always have very fond memories. Both our children have enjoyed their time here and we have formed close ties with the staff. Little Tots is a wonderful environment for little stars to grow and develop their lifelong skills. Thank you so much.
At Little Tots Nursery my daughter enjoyed fun and stimulating environment. During the 2 years she has gained a lot of new knowledge, produced magnificent artworks, became an awesome dancer, learnt to dress by herself and improved communication skills. A great thanks to all the staff!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody (passed and present) in connection with Little Tots Nursery. Both our children will appreciate in the future the wonderful job everybody has done in giving them such a positive foundation in their lives.
Our 2 children both loved the time that they spent at Little Tots. The staff were always so friendly and welcoming, both within nursery and if ever we bumped into them around Reading. Our chilren have got off to such a good start, and are happy, confident small people. The lovley open space within the building and the garden provide such a ‘happy’ environment. We have all enjoyed having Little Tots, and the wonderful staff there, as part of our lives
We would like to say a huge thank you for helping to give our daughter a happy and rewarding experience at your nursery. We feel confident in her starting “big school” and this is mainly due to the excellent two year of education at Little Tots. We can only hope the standard remains this high throughout her education. We look forward to doing it all over again when her little sister begins!
Thank you ALL for encouraging, cuddling and laughing with our son. We have seen him grow into a confident little boy. He will miss you all. Thank you again.
Many congratulations on gaining your MEAB award. Thank you all SO much for all the support and encouragement you have given our son over the past 2 years. It’s amazing to think our “little man” is off to big school in September, but he’s had a great start at Little Tots, and we are SO grateful! It’s been wonderfully reassuring to know that he has been so well cared for, and he has loved the space to become more independent that he’s been given! You’ve been very supportive to us all! We will miss you, but wish you all well for the future. With our sincere appreciation again, and having had our 5 children through your doors, I’ll probably cry! Much love from us all!
I just wanted to say a big thanks to all the staff at Little Tots who made my son’s last 18 months fun, very educational and its been great to see him develop and gain confidence in all levels. He has had such a lovely time and I look forward to when my daughter joins you next year!

My daughter has been at Little Tots for just over 2 and half years and is sadly now leaving to go to school, she has learned so much since joining there and has made many friends. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and treat each child as an individual. I would recommend Little Tots to any parent as it helps to give your child a great start! I have been more than happy with the care and support my child’s received since starting at Little Tots more than two years ago now. The facilities are excellent but I think the thing that makes it special is the people who create an atmosphere which is always warm and friendly. I’ve never been less than impressed with the calibre and professionalism of the staff. My son has thoroughly enjoyed his time at Little Tots and I would not hesitate to recommend it to any parent – we will be genuinely sad to say goodbye when school starts this year
